FORD - In this city, at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Edwin C. STEPHENS, No. 232 Pierpont street, Monday morning, August 4, 1913, George M. FORD, aged 73 years. He is survived by his wife, one son, Edward G. FORD, and one daughter, Mrs. STEPHENS; also two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth TOMPKINS and Mrs. Theodore H. CAZEAU.
-The funeral will take place from his late residence, No. 404 Mount Hope avenue, Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock.
 
PHELPS - At the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles SHAW, No. 94 Erie street, Brockport, N. Y. Monday morning, August 4, 1913, Rosetta J. PHELPS, widow of Austin PHELPS. She leaves one son, J. E. PHELPS, of this city; two daughters, Mrs. J. E. KNOWLES, of Crescent Beach and Mrs. Charles SHAW, of Brockport.
-Funeral Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Parma Center.
 
VOLLMER - At the family home in East Henrietta, Monday, August 4, 1913, Joseph VOLLMER, aged 64 years. He leaves his wife, Mary; four sons, Joseph, Edward, John and Alois; three brothers, John, Christopher and George; four sisters, Mrs. George HASOLD, Mrs. Elizabeth BEAN, Mrs. Charles KIEFER and Miss Philipine VOLLMER.
-Funeral Thursday morning at 8 o'clock from the house and 9 o'clock at St. Boniface Church.
 
WOODWARD - In this city, Monday, August 4, 1913, Marvet M. WOODWARD, aged 18 years. She leaves besides her father, William P. WOODWARD, three brothers, Seward B., Homer H. and Clark WOODWARD, and one sister, Josephine M. WOODWARD.

McINTOSH - At the home of her daughter, No. 205? Sherman street, Sunday afternoon, August 3, 1913, Helen Agnes DUFFY, wife of James R. McINTOSH, aged 68 years. She leaves besides her husband, two daughters, Mrs. John ECKER and Mrs. D. ROACH; also one son, R. James McINTOSH; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
-Funeral Thursday morning at 8:30 o'clock from the house and 9 o'clock at Holy Apostles Church. Interment in Holy Sepulchre cemetery.

MILLER - Sunday, August 3, 1913, at the family home, No. 137 Davis street, Mathew MILLER, aged 73 years and 10 months. He leaves his wife, four sons, two daughters, one sister and one brother, Mrs. Jennie MILLER, Mathew J., Casper, Philip, Frederick M., Mrs. John WAHL, Mrs. August MILBRANDT, Miss Martha MILLER, Florian MILLER, and twenty grandchildren. He was a member of Pleasant Post, G. A. R.

BINGEMER - At the Homeopathic Hospital, Monday, August 4, 1913, Mrs. Herman BINGEMER, aged 56 years, 5 months. Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Charles H., and one daughter, Mrs. Wilfred LaBELLE.

The deceased leaves two sons, George, of Springfield, Mo., and Lewis MUTTSCHELLER, of this city; four daughters, Mrs. N. THOMAS, Mrs. Lewis KAPLIN and Mrs. J. C. HINTERLEITER(?), of this city, and Mrs. George HISSINGER, of Penfield; also two brothers, Michael and Jacob MUTTSCHELLER, of Saginaw, Mich.

DYGERT - Entered into rest, Wednesday, July 30, 1913, J. A. DYGERT, of No. 55 Priem street, aged 80 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. L. H. DYGERT, one daughter, Ruth L. DYGERT; two brothers, George H., of Jordan, N. Y., and Janice W(?) of Marlborough, N. Y., and one sister, Mrs. Mary MARSHALL, of Mount Vernon, N. Y.
 
HAYES - At the General Hospital, Sunday night, August 3, 1913, Mrs. Mary HAYES. She leaves her husband, Harry HAYES; her parents, William and Anna KEEFE; four sisters, Elizabeth, Catherine, Josephine and Bride KEEFE; four brothers Patrick, Thomas, Joseph and William KEEFE. The body was removed to the home, No. 196 Spruce avenue.

-The remains have been removed to Strauchen's Funeral Chapel, No. 265 North street, where the funeral will take place Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Mount Hope cemetery.
 
DUNLAP - Monday, August 4, 1913, at the Hahnemann Hospital, Catharine, wife of James V. DUNLAP. Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Madeline REYNOLDS, of Hornell, N. Y., and Gertrude DUNLAP, of this city, and one brother, John MASON, of Hornell, N. Y.

BEATY - In this city, Tuesday, August 5, 1913, Ellen BEATY, aged 70 years. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Margaret GREACELY, of this city, and Mrs. Ann CAMPBELL, and one brother, William BEATY, of Peterborough, Canada.
