MEMBERSHIP DUES AND FEES

 Society dues of $40.00 are due by 30 November each year for the following year, (i.e. dues for 2009 are due 30 November 2008).

Please specify on your cheque which year(s) you are paying for, (or if payment is for a supplemental line), make your cheque payable to "CSMD" and send it to our Treasurer, Harry E. MacKay, 191 Dunbarton Ct., Ottawa, ON K1K 4L7. Please email Harry E. MacKay if you have any questions.

Note that society fees will likely be increasing in January 2009 for the 2010 year because of proposed increases in General Society fees. Information about these increases will appear here in late September 2008. Present fees are as follows:
