10:45 a.m., Train tour of the winery

Directions: QEW (to or from Niagara), take Exit 78, which is Fifty Road, go south to Hwy.#8 and turn left. Puddicome is ahead on the right.

Followed by our luncheon at:

Casablanca Winery Inn

12:30 p.m., 8th Floor overlooking Lake Ontario

Directions: QEW to Niagara, take the next exit which is Casablanca Road; proceed over QEW to Windward Dr. and turn left to Casablanca Inn in Grimsby.

We had such a great time at the wine tasting last spring that we decided to do it again - at a different winery. This time we will take a train ride thru the winery, followed by a wine tasting and for those who wish, time in the gift shop. Following the winery, we will go one exit down the highway to the same location as last spring's luncheon, the beautiful Casablanca Inn.

The fall meeting will be held in Shelburne, where the community is celebrating the 225th anniversary of the 1783 arrival of the Loyalists. The tentative dates of September 19 and 20 coincide with the annual Whirligig and Weathervane Festival. We welcome Mayflower Society members everywhere to join us in this beautiful seaside town.
